Text
(a)Any person who violates any provision of W.S.
33-45-107 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment
of not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven
hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both. Each violation shall
constitute a separate offense.
(b)The board may seek an injunction in the district court
to enjoin any person from violating this chapter.
