Text
(a)The department shall provide for the continuous and
uninterrupted receipt of approved public assistance and social
services by any eligible recipient changing his residence from
one (1) county to another county in the state until otherwise
terminated or modified in accordance with this article.
(b)Any transient or nonresident of the state may receive
public assistance or social services provided under this article
if approved in accordance with this article. The department may
require the transient or nonresident to pay his transportation
and expenses if he possesses property, income or other resources
other than personal effects necessary for decency and health.
(c)Public assistance or social services shall be
terminated in the manner prescribed by rule and regulation of
the departm
