§ 35-4-802 — Rules and regulations
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 4 HEALTH REGULATIONS GENERALLY·Art. 8 NEWBORN SCREENING
(a)The state department of health shall make all rules
and regulations necessary for:
(i)Dissemination of the provisions of W.S. 35-4-801
to all hospitals and physicians within the state; and
(ii)Implementation of W.S. 35-4-801, as amended.
