Text
Any regularly licensed physician or dentist of the state, any
medical student who is a regular matriculate of a recognized
medical college, under authority of such physician, any person
certified by a state or local law enforcement agency to train
search and rescue animals or any person authorized by the
Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act may have in his possession
human dead bodies, or parts thereof, lawfully obtained, for the
purpose of anatomical inquiry or dissection or for training of
search and rescue animals.
