§ 35-4-223 — Liability for damages
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 4 HEALTH REGULATIONS GENERALLY·Art. 2 PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Compliance with the requirements of this act shall in no way
release the owners or persons responsible for the operation of a
sanitary public water supply from any liability for damage to
persons or property caused by or resulting from the
installation, operation or maintenance of a sanitary public
water supply.
