Text

(a)Any person wishing to practice architecture or landscape architecture in this state who is not a licensed architect or landscape architect shall make application for licensure as prescribed by the board.
(b)Each applicant shall:
(i)Be an adult;
(ii)Have a good reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, integrity and competence in the practice of architecture or landscape architecture;
(iii)Provide documentation of successful completion of either a professional degree in architecture or landscape architecture from an accredited school of architecture or landscape architecture with practical experience and examination, or an education alternative with practical experience and examination in accordance with standards set forth by the national council of architectural registration boards
