Text
(a)Any girl who has attained the age of twelve (12) years
and who has been ordered committed in compliance with W.S.
14-6-229 may be committed to the Wyoming girls' school. The term
of any girl committed shall be determined by the department of
family services.
(b)After a girl is committed to the girls' school the
clerk of court shall notify the superintendent of the
institution. The superintendent shall arrange for the
transportation of the girl to the girls' school.
