§ 22-4-116 — Calling of state convention; contents of notice
The state chairman shall call a state convention by filing
notice in the office of the secretary of state and of each
county clerk not later than twenty (20) days before the
convention. The notice shall state the total number of delegates
and alternates, and the number of delegates to which each county
is entitled.
