Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 22-4-114 (2026).
Text
A member of a political committee or subcommittee may be
represented at any meeting of the committee or subcommittee by
written proxy. A person holding a proxy must be a resident of
the same political subdivision as the member he represents. No
person shall be allowed to vote more than two (2) proxies.
