§ 2-4-202 — Appointment of administrator(s)

Where there are several persons equally entitled to administer, the court, or commissioner in vacation may grant letters to one

(1)or more of them. When a creditor is claiming letters, the court, or commissioner in vacation, may at the request of another creditor grant letters to any other person legally competent.
