§ 1-4-102 — Abatement of actions by death
No action or proceeding pending in any court abates by the death
of either or both of the parties thereto except as herein
provided; an action for libel, slander, malicious prosecution,
assault, assault and battery or nuisance shall abate by the
death of either party.
