In addition to any other penalties provided by the laws of this state, any insurer or agent who violates any requirement of this state relating to the regulation of long-term care insurance or the marketing of such insurance shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed three (3) times the amount of any commissions paid for each policy involved in the violation or ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), whichever is greater. The penalty shall be assessed by the commissioner in accordance with W.S. 26-1-107. ARTICLE 2 MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE
