Text
(a)The board shall issue a license to each applicant who
meets the requirements of this act and the rules and regulations
promulgated by the board.
(b)The board may issue a restricted license to an
applicant not qualifying for issuance of a license under this
act, but who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the board the
capability of performing x-ray examinations without endangering
the public health and safety. Restricted licenses may be
renewed under the provisions of original issuance.
(c)Applicants meeting minimum requirements for a license
shall be issued a temporary license to work as a radiologic
technologist. The temporary license shall expire fifteen (15)
days after the date of the first opportunity for examination.
(d)The board shall issue a special license to an
