Text
(a)The division after notice and hearing may revoke,
suspend or refuse to renew any ambulance business license if the
holder of the license fails to comply with the requirements of
this act or any rule or regulation promulgated by the division
hereunder as provided in W.S. 33-36-103(a) and (b).
(b)Repealed by Laws 2016, ch. 37, § 2.
