Text
(a)Unless otherwise provided for in the governing
principles, a member shall not have any fiduciary duty to a
decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association or to any
other member of the nonprofit association solely by reason of
being a member.
(b)All members shall be subject to the implied
contractual covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
