§ 17-32-105 — Real and personal property; decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association as beneficiary, legatee or devisee
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 32 WYOMING DECENTRALIZED UNINCORPORATED NONPROFIT
(a)A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association
in its name may acquire, hold, encumber or transfer an estate or
interest in real or personal property.
(b)A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association
may be a legatee, devisee or beneficiary of a trust or contract.
