§ 17-31-107 — Amendment or restatement of articles of organization
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 31 DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION SUPPLEMENT·Art. 1 PROVISIONS
(a)Articles of organization shall be amended when:
(i)There is a change in the name of the
decentralized autonomous organization;
(ii)There is a false or erroneous statement in the
articles of organization;
(iii)The decentralized autonomous organization's
smart contracts have been updated or changed; or
(iv)The publicly available identifier has changed.
