Text
Actions for quo warranto shall have precedence in any court over
any civil business pending therein. If the matter is of public
concern, on the motion of the attorney general or prosecuting
attorney, the court shall require as speedy a trial of the
merits of the case as may be consistent with the rights of the
parties.
