Text
An action under W.S. 1-31-101 through 1-31-130 can be brought in
the supreme court, or in the district court of the county in
which the defendant or one (1) of the defendants, resides or is
found or, when the defendant is a corporation, in the county in
which it is situated or has a place of business.
