§ 17-30-106 — Powers of secretary of state
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 30 WYOMING STATUTORY FOUNDATION ACT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The secretary of state shall promulgate reasonable rules, forms
and other requirements which are necessary to carry out the
purposes of this act.
