Wyoming Statutes
§ 33-3-130 — Violation; penalty
Any person who violates any provision of W.S. 33-3-125 through
33-3-127 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or be
imprisoned not more than twelve (12) months, or both.
