Text

There is created a Wyoming board of certified public accountants. The board shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the governor. Members of the board shall be citizens of the United States and residents of Wyoming. Four (4) members of the board shall be persons who hold certified public accountant certificates issued under the laws of Wyoming and are in good standing as certified public accountants. One (1) member of the board shall be a member of the general public. The members of the board first to be appointed shall hold office, one (1) for one (1) year, two (2) for two (2) years and two (2) for three (3) years from July 1, 1975, the term of each to be designated by the governor.
