Text
(a)The entrances to abandoned workings shall be posted to
warn unauthorized persons against entering the territory.
(b)Abandoned workings shall be sealed or ventilated in
accordance with rules adopted by the inspector.
(c)Repealed by Laws 1995, ch. 31, § 2.
