§ 30-3-101 — Applicability of W.S. 30-3-101 through 30-3-509

(a) W.S. 30-3-101 through 30-3-509 apply to all mines and
mining operations except where:
(i) A statute refers to a specific type of mine or
mining operation; or
(ii) By the nature of the mine or mining operation, a
statute can have no application.
