Text
(a)No person shall take or intentionally destroy the nest
or eggs of any nonpredacious bird, except as authorized under
W.S. 23-5-111. The nest or eggs of any predacious bird may be
taken or destroyed.
(b)Violation of this section for any nonpredacious bird
except eagle constitutes a low misdemeanor punishable as
provided in W.S. 23-6-202(a)(v).
(c)Violation of this section in regard to eagle nests or
eggs constitutes a high misdemeanor punishable as provided in
W.S. 23-6-202(a)(ii).
