§ 2-3-912 — Effect of conversion on governing instrument

Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 3 FIDUCIARIES·Art. 9 WYOMING UNITRUST ACT

Conversion to a total return unitrust under the provisions of
this act shall not affect any other provision of the governing
instrument, if any, regarding distributions of principal.
