Text
Unless otherwise directed by a court order or a trust, a
custodian shall disclose to a trustee who is an original user of
an account of the trust digital assets of the account, including
a catalogue of electronic communications of the trustee and the
content of electronic communications sent or received by the
trustee and carried, maintained, processed, received or stored
by the custodian in the account.
