§ 2-3-406 — Exemption

Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 3 FIDUCIARIES·Art. 4 TRUST FUNDS

The establishment and maintenance of common trust funds under
this article are exempt from the provisions of title 17, chapter
4.
