Text
When it appears by the affidavit of any person interested in the
estate that any personal representative, guardian, receiver,
assignee or trustee has failed to render his accounts in the
manner prescribed by law or as required by the order of the
court, or has removed from the state, the court may order a
hearing as hereinafter prescribed.
