§ 2-3-131 — Suspension of personal representative's powers for waste; compelling attendance and answers
In the proceedings for the removal of a personal representative,
the court may compel his attendance by attachment, and may
compel him to answer questions on oath touching his
administration. Upon his refusal, the court may commit him until
he obeys, revoke his letters, or both.
