Text
If all personal representatives die or become incapable, or the
authority of all of them is revoked, letters testamentary or
letters of administration then shall be issued in the same order
of preference and manner as provided for the issuance of
original letters testamentary or original letters of
administration. The personal representative so appointed shall
give bond in like penalty, with like sureties and conditions as
required of personal representatives, and shall have like
authority.
