§ 2-3-123 — Remaining personal representatives to continue if one disqualified

If any one (1) of several personal representatives to whom
letters are granted dies, becomes incompetent, is convicted of
an infamous crime or otherwise becomes incapable of executing
the trust, or if letters testamentary or of administration are
revoked or annulled with respect to any one (1) personal
representative, the remaining personal representative shall
complete the execution of the will or administration.
