§ 2-3-119 — Relief of sureties; release order

Wyoming·Title 02 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code·Ch. 3 FIDUCIARIES·Art. 1 IN GENERAL

If new sureties are given to the satisfaction of the court or
commissioner, he may order that the sureties who applied for
relief shall not be liable on their bond for any subsequent act,
default or misconduct of the personal representative.
