Text
At the time appointed the court shall hear the proofs and
allegations of the parties. If it satisfactorily appears that
the security is insufficient, an order may be made requiring the
personal representative to give further security, or to file a
new bond in the usual form within a reasonable time, not less
than five (5) days.
