§ 2-3-110 — When sufficient security not given in time
If sufficient security is not given within the time fixed by the
order, the right of the personal representative to the
administration shall cease, and the person next entitled to the
administration of the estate, shall be appointed to the
administration upon execution of a sufficient bond.
