Text
Whenever an order appointing a personal representative is made
by any district court or officer having authority to make the
appointment, the order shall state the time within which the
personal representative shall qualify by giving the bond and
taking the oath required by law. Upon failure of any personal
representative to qualify within the time fixed, his appointment
shall lapse and another appointment shall be made.
