Text
Every sheriff and district attorney shall prima facie be guilty
of malfeasance in office and subject to removal where open and
continuous violations of any law occur in the county for which
such officers are employed. Every county assessor is prima
facie guilty of malfeasance in office and subject to removal
where the county assessor has failed to carry out and follow the
legal directives and legal orders of the state board of
equalization relative to assessment of property.
