§ 18-3-105 — Powers and compensation in special cases

Wyoming·Title 18 Counties·Ch. 3 COUNTY OFFICERS·Art. 1 GENERALLY

Whenever any county officer is required to perform the official
duties of any other officer of this state he shall have for that
time the same powers given by law to the officer whose duties he
performs and shall receive the same compensation for his
services.
