Text
Each county treasurer is collector of taxes and shall perform
such duties as prescribed by law. The bond given by each county
treasurer, as provided by W.S. 18-3-102, shall cover any
violation of his duties as collector of taxes, any failure on
his part to pay over to the proper person any monies received as
collector of taxes and any failure to deliver to any person
authorized by law to receive any books, papers or other property
appertaining to his duties as collector of taxes.
