Text
Each board of county commissioners may appoint a county surveyor
who is a licensed engineer or surveyor of the state of Wyoming.
The board of county commissioners may also appoint the county
surveyor to be the county supervisor of roads. If no licensed
surveyor or engineer is available the board of county
commissioners may appoint some other competent person to act as
supervisor of roads.
