§ 18-3-521 — Appropriation to encourage industrial development; advertising county resources
Each board of county commissioners may make appropriations from
the county general fund for advertising the resources of the
county, for furthering its industrial development or for
encouraging exhibits at fairs, expositions and conventions. The
appropriation shall not be for the express aid of any private
citizen, firm or corporation.
