Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 15-3-213 (2026).
Text
The emoluments of any elective officer shall not be increased or
diminished during the term for which he was elected. No person
who has resigned or vacated any office is eligible to the same
office during the time for which he was elected or appointed, if
during the same time the emoluments have been increased.
