§ 10-3-204 — Termination of commission
Wyoming·Title 10 Aeronautics·Ch. 3 WYOMING AERONAUTICS COMMISSION·Art. 2 POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION
(a)Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 44, § 2.
(b)Effective January 1, 1997, the aeronautics commission
created under this chapter shall continue with the powers,
duties and authority it possessed prior to January 1, 1997.
