Text
(a)The election required by W.S. 22-29-404 shall be
dispensed with and the county commissioners shall declare the
district dissolved if the county commissioners find that:
(i)Dissolution is in the interest of the people of
the county; and
(ii)At least one (1) of the following:
(A)The territory within the affected district
is uninhabited;
(B)The district has failed regularly to elect
district board members in accordance with the principal act of
the district; or
(C)That the district is not active and that
there is no need for the district.
(b)The election required by W.S. 22-29-404 shall be
dispensed with and the board of county commissioners shall
declare the district dissolved if the director of the department
of audit has notified the board of county commissioners of the
district'
