Text
(a)As used in this act:
(i)"Director" or "district director" means a voting
member of the governing body of a special district, regardless
of what title is used in the principal act;
(ii)"Principal act" means the statutes under which a
special district listed under W.S. 22-29-103(a) can be formed or
is operating;
(iii)"Business day" means any day other than
Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in this state as designated
in W.S. 8-4-101;
(iv)"This act" means W.S. 22-29-101 through
