§ 17-29-106 — Governing law
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 29 WYOMING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a)The law of this state governs:
(i)The internal affairs of a limited liability
company; and
(ii)The liability of a member as member and a
manager as manager for the debts, obligations or other
liabilities of a limited liability company.
