§ 17-29-1013 — Application for certificate of domestication; articles of domestication
Wyoming·Title 17 Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 29 WYOMING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT·Art. 10 MERGER, CONVERSION, CONTINUANCE, TRANSFER AND
(a)A foreign limited liability company, in order to
procure a certificate of domestication shall file articles of
domestication with the secretary of state, which articles shall
include and set forth:
(i)A certified copy of its original articles of
organization and all amendments thereto or its equivalent basic
charter or other authorization, and a certificate of good
standing not more than thirty (30) days old;
(ii)The name of the company and the jurisdiction
under the laws of which it is created;
(iii)The date of organization and the period of
duration of the company;
(iv)The address of the principal office of the
company and the jurisdiction under the laws of which it is
created;
(v)The address of the proposed registered office of
the company in this state, and the name of its pro
