§ 1-29-103 — Limitation as to damages

Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 29 LIBEL AND SLANDER

In an action for damages for any defamatory statement published
or uttered in or as a part of a visual or sound broadcast, the
complaining party shall be allowed only the actual damages he
has alleged and proved.
