Text

(a)The Wyoming state board of psychology shall consist of six (6) licensed psychologists, two (2) licensed behavior analysts, and one (1) public member appointed by the governor. Each member shall be a resident of this state. Each member who is a psychologist shall be licensed under this act and shall have a minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience. At least one (1) member who is a psychologist shall be engaged full time in the doctoral teaching and training of psychologists, and at least two (2) members who are psychologists shall be engaged full time in the professional practice of psychology. Each member who is a behavior analyst shall be licensed under this act and shall have a minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience, except as provided by subsection (c)
