§ 33-26-505 — Temporary license
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 26 PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS·Art. 5 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS
(a)The board may grant a temporary license to practice as
a physician assistant to a person who:
(i)Completes a temporary license application;
(ii)Meets the requirements of W.S. 33-26-504(b); and
(iii)Pays the temporary license fee prescribed in
W.S. 33-26-507.
(b)A temporary license is valid until the next board
meeting following the date of issuance. The board may extend the
temporary license at its discretion upon a showing of good cause
for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the original date
of issuance of the temporary license.
